Greet and seat guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
Manage reservations, taking bookings and confirming details.
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Assist with table management, ensuring efficient seating arrangements.
Provide information about the bar's menu, drinks, and events.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with other tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies and assisting with special events.

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Knowledge of POS systems is an asset.
