Description

  • Lead and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Ensure that the team adheres to legal and ethical standards
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of successful transactions and team leadership.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent knowledge of the real estate market, exceptional sales skills, mastery in telemarketing, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop sales strategies, lead and motivate sales teams, meet sales targets, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with real estate laws.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment; may require weekends and extended hours. Local travel may be necessary.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, high degree of professionalism, and a results-driven attitude.
