Description

  • Develop and manage investment strategies for Bilkenn Corporation's real estate portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends to maximize investment returns and mitigate risks.
  • Negotiate property acquisitions, dispositions, and oversee due diligence processes.
  • Build relationships with investors, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to optimize asset performance.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all investments.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Property Investment Manager
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of proven experience in property investment, real estate management, or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in real estate market analysis, telemarketing, negotiation, and financial acumen. Ability to use property management software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee property investment portfolios, conduct market research, develop investment strategies, and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits and client meetings. May require flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communicator, analytical thinker, decisive, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
