Salary: Php18,000 - 20,000 a month
Assist with leasing properties and maintain positive tenant relations for 81 Property Management Inc, a leader in real estate and property management.
Conduct property tours, process applications, and execute lease agreements.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are in prime condition.
Provide excellent customer service, manage inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
Experience Level: Entry-level; no prior experience necessary.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with the leasing process, conduct property tours, manage rental applications, provide administrative support, and maintain lease files.
