Description

  • Assist in managing lease agreements for Best Reliable Resources' varied retail spaces.
  • Conduct property tours, prepare leasing documents, and uphold high customer service standards.
  • Act as a liaison between prospective clients and management, ensuring smooth operational flow.
  • Maintain accurate records and support marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy rates.
  • Experience in sales or customer service in the retail industry is advantageous.

Requirements

  • Excellent English
  • Presentable
  • Experience in dealing with coordination, negotiations, and representation between lessors to malls/buildings.
  • Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • Willing to start immediately
