Description
- Assist in managing lease agreements for Best Reliable Resources' varied retail spaces.
- Conduct property tours, prepare leasing documents, and uphold high customer service standards.
- Act as a liaison between prospective clients and management, ensuring smooth operational flow.
- Maintain accurate records and support marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy rates.
- Experience in sales or customer service in the retail industry is advantageous.
Requirement
- Excellent English
- Presentable
- Experience in dealing with coordination, negotiations, and representation between lessors to malls/buildings.
- Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Willing to start immediately
