We are working with a healthcare startup who is well underway towards transforming healthcare. We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare solutions.

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and validating healthcare applications to ensure they meet high standards of performance, security, and usability. You will work closely with developers and other teams to identify issues, provide feedback, and ensure all systems function smoothly before they reach users.

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software performance.
• Identify, document, and track bugs or issues, collaborating with developers for timely resolution.
• Ensure healthcare applications meet security, usability, and compliance standards.
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure the reliability of systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality is embedded in all stages of development.
• Participate in Agile sprints and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methods and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira.
• Experience working in an Agile team, using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in healthcare systems (e.g., EHRs) or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
• Experience in working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on working effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.
