The ERP Functional Consultant is expected to perform the following: 

• Understand and analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions to meet the client's needs.
• Configure and customize ERP systems to meet client requirements, including system setup, master data management, and transactional processes.
• Develop functional specifications and design documents, including business process flows, system requirements, and test plans.
• Conduct system testing and identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide end-user training and support, including developing training materials and providing hands-on training sessions.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure system integrations and customizations meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on best practices for ERP systems, including business processes and system optimization.
• Work with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including client presentations and product demonstrations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to ERP systems.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration or bachelor’s in accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in configuring and customizing ERP systems to meet client requirements.
