Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, supplies, and services based on the needs of the company.
Research and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and products to ensure quality, pricing, and delivery schedules meet company standards.
Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up on orders until delivery.
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Regularly review supplier performance and work with suppliers to resolve issues regarding delivery or quality.
Negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve cost savings.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials or products when necessary.
Maintain records of purchases and inventory transactions, ensuring accurate stock levels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
Communicate with internal teams to understand material requirements and timelines.
Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Address and resolve any quality issues or product returns in a timely manner.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant courses
At least with 1 year of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, new graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
