Description

Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, and obtain quotations for materials, goods, and services needed by the organization.

Order Management: Place orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet operational needs.

Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to secure the best possible pricing and service.

Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels to prevent shortages or excess.

Cost Analysis: Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions that align with the company's budget and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Computer literate
  • Familiarity with purchasing software and inventory management systems.
