Responsible for procuring materials, supplies, equipment, and services necessary for the store operations. The role involves negotiating with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that purchases are made at the best possible price and quality.

- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies.

- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

- Search and source new potential suppliers and vendors.

- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.

- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- With strong work experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management is required.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills

- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
