·         Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs

·         Research potential vendors

·         Track orders and ensure timely delivery

·         Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)

·         Conduct market research to identify pricing trends

·         Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices

·         Prepare cost analysis

·         Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts

·         Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders

·        Efficiently facilitates Purchase Orders (PO) on the system

·        Coordinates and negotiates with suppliers on all requested items.

·        Prepares other reports when needed.

·        Performs Purchase Request (PR) when needed or as instructed by superiors.

·        Performs other functions that may be assigned in the department.

·        Direct reporting to the President

• Graduate of any 4 year
• With experience under Logistics industry is a plus
• Willing to work in a fast pacing industry
• Willing to start ASAP
