Description

A purchasing assistant, also known as a procurement agent or assistant buyer, coordinates the purchase of products and materials for a company: 


  • Research: Identify new products and suppliers, and conduct market research to find the best quality and prices 
  • Ordering: Place orders for products based on inventory needs, and negotiate contracts with suppliers 
  • Tracking: Track shipments from manufacturing to retail stores or warehouses, and monitor purchases from order to delivery 
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly reports that list purchases, returns, and related costs 
  • Maintaining relationships: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Following up: Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are shipped and delivered on time 
  • Quality control: Inspect products received to ensure they meet specifications 
  • Administrative tasks: Handle administrative responsibilities related to purchases, order tracking, and product records 

Requirement

  • Graduate in Any Bachelor's Degree
  • Fresh Graduate
  • Willing to work in San Juan City
