Description

  • Assist in sourcing and selecting new products and materials, focusing on product quality, market trends, and alignment with Sugar Dolls PH’s brand.
  • Support in managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods.
  • Process and track purchase orders, ensuring all product specifications, costs, and delivery schedules are met.
  • Collaborate with the product development and merchandising teams to align procurement decisions with the overall product lineup strategy.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory for new and existing products, helping avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help identify potential new products and trends for the product lineup.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, supplier agreements, and product data for reference and reporting purposes.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and quality standards, especially when sourcing new items.
  • Assist in resolving supplier-related issues such as delivery delays, order discrepancies, or quality concerns.
  • Provide support for the preparation of reports on purchasing performance, product trends, and inventory status.



Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or product selection (preferably in the beauty, fashion, or retail industry).
  • Strong understanding of product trends, market demands, and customer preferences, particularly in the Sugar Dolls PH space.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage supplier relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and procurement software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product development, merchandising, and sales.
