Description

Public Area Attendant's job is to keep public areas clean and welcoming for guests. Their responsibilities include:


Cleaning

  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting public areas like lobbies, corridors, elevators, lounges, and restrooms 


Sanitizing

  • Regularly cleaning and disinfecting sinks, countertops, mirrors, and other fixtures 


Removing trash

  • Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners 


Reporting issues

  • Reporting maintenance or repair needs, missing items, and suspicious activity 


Assisting guests

  • Greeting and interacting with guests to make them feel comfortable and well taken care of 


Maintaining equipment

  • Maintaining equipment and using cleaning chemicals and supplies appropriately 


Completing other tasks

  • Picking up room reports and keys to assigned areas daily, and carrying out any other cleaning duties as specified by your manager 


Public area attendants are part of the hotel's housekeeping team and may need to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Requirement

  • At Least High School Graduate
  • 20-35 yrs. old
  • 5'4 in height
  • With Pleasing Personality
  • With Experience in hotel plus point if have a experience in 5 Star Hotel
  • Location : Malate Manila
