Description
- Assist in coordination of project activities
- Attend and participate in project meetings
- Coordinate with the project team to assist with Account Owners communication regarding their existing projects and reported issues of the clients
- Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying potential delays or issues and escalating them as needed
- Support the resolution of project issues by identifying problems and provide recommendations
- Oversee interaction between Development, QA and Implementation, with regards to the existing projects
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course
- Open for Fresh Graduate
- Basic understanding of the technical aspects relevant to SDLC
- Knowledge in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira an advantage
- Proficiency with communication platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Click up or other collaboration tools an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
