Description

  1. Check the material batch tag and material condition before feeding it to the hopper.
  2. Trim, rim, or de-flash and inspect molded products (bottles, caps, plugs) properly following standards.
  3. Ensure product traceability by stamping the production date and shift at the bottom flaps of each shipper.
  4. Ensure proper turnover of activities to the product tender of the incoming shift.
  5. Report any quality defects observed to the immediate superior for possible and immediate corrections.
  6. Ensure proper packing of products based on packing instructions.
  7. Ensure proper disposal of the rejected molded products at all times, including recycling plastic scraps.
  8. Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the area of responsibility.

Requirement

  1. Must be a High School graduate;
  2. Hardworking, with good moral character;
  3. Good learning attitude and can easily understand instructions;
  4. Willing to work on shifting schedule;
  5. WILLING TO UNDERGO TRAINING for 10 days
