Requirements
- Education: High/Senior High School degree or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to operate machinery, basic mathematical skills, good communication, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate production equipment, maintain a clean work environment, follow safety standards, and ensure quality control of products.
- Working Conditions: This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliability, punctuality, physical stamina, teamwork ability, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
