Description
- Oversee daily production activities to meet established targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and mentor production staff for optimal performance.

Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Planning, Operations Management, Food Safety Protocols, and Forecasting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee production processes, ensure adherence to quality standards, and implement process improvements.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
