3. Prepares, review and consolidate Production Reports.

4. Motivation of people under supervision.

5. Strict implementation of proper Safety Policy.

6. Production daily Updates and personnel meeting.

7. Production concerns and issues on Machine and Equipment.

8. Manpower Performance Appraisal and Training and Development.

9. Close coordination with other Functional Departments.

1. With Engineering Degree or equivalent.

2. With Strong Leadership skills.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver with excellent time management skills.

5. Good analytical capability and hardworking.

6. With knowledge on health and safety regulations.

7. Atleast 3-5 years experience in handling people in production line.

8. Willing to work at Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
