Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of experience in production or operations supervision.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in planning and project management, adherence to quality standards, and a thorough understanding of operations management. Strong work ethic is essential.
Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations, planning and organizing production schedules, and ensuring that the final products meet quality standards.
