Line Assembly: Perform assigned sewing operations (e.g., attaching collars, stitching side seams, inserting zippers) according to technical specifications and target piece-rates.
Machine Operation & Care: Thread, adjust tension, change needles, and perform basic daily cleaning and oiling of industrial sewing machines.
Quality Control: Inspect cut fabrics before stitching and verify finished seam accuracy, tension, and alignment to prevent defects.
Material Handling: Manage bundled fabric pieces efficiently to maintain smooth workflow along the assembly line.
Safety & Maintenance: Report machine malfunctions, broken needles, or fabric defects immediately to the Line Supervisor or Maintenance Technician.
