Job Summary: The Product Trainer will design, implement, and conduct training programs that educate employees, customers, and partners on the company's products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the product, and the ability to translate complex concepts into easily understandable training materials.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development:
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  • Create engaging training materials that cater to different learning styles and audiences.
  • Continuously update training content to reflect product updates and changes.
  • Training Delivery:
  • Conduct training sessions in various formats, including in-person, online, and hybrid models.
  • Use interactive methods to ensure participant engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Stay current with product updates, industry trends, and competitor products.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support and Coordination:
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and other departments to ensure training materials are accurate and aligned with company goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and refresher training sessions as needed.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by providing product training.
  • Evaluation and Improvement:
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement changes to training programs based on feedback and performance data.
  • Measure the impact of training on product knowledge, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and training software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and deliver it effectively.
