Description
- Market Identification: Collaborate with the Sales Head and Sales Managers to identify customer trends, needs, and potential new product opportunities.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct thorough feasibility studies to assess the marketability and profitability of potential product lines.
- Supplier Sourcing: Partner with the Strategic Purchasing Manager to identify and evaluate potential suppliers for new product lines.
- Product Development Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive product development plans, including concept generation, marketing strategies, and cost analyses.
Requirements
- At least 15 years in Product and Business Development at reputableconstruction companies.
- Knowledge of Philippine and international product standards.
- Experience in conducting project feasibility studies.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine steel market and competition.
- Experience with roofing and framing systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering.
- Proficient in computer use, especially Excel and worksheet preparation.
