Description
- Search new products available in the international market
- Request quotations and samples from various international and local suppliers
- International Sourcing: Place trial orders for the approved items and monitor its status; ready date, estimated time of departure (ETD) and estimated time of arrival (ETA)
- Discover and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
- Local sourcing: Request quotations from suppliers for various needed signage, stickers, posters and other promotional materials
- Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers
- Forward the above mentioned layouts to Head of graphics team
- Proof read all artworks before forwarding to the Product Sourcing Manager
- Prepare weekly meeting notes/work updates for the Product Sourcing Manager
- Keep and file pertinent documents
- Monitor all sample. Box if not needed with approval of Product Sourcing Manager and forward to the warehouse
- Finding profitable products
- Compare prices of items from various websites
- Check the Sales Rank, Net Profit, and ROI
- Filter and sort options to factor customized costs and discounts
- Produce a complete buy list of profitable items
- Assist with product testing, including sample set up, wash testing and labeling
- Do secretarial work like responsible in purchasing tickets, assisting travel permits and registration in Trade Shows
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in office administration procurement
- Graduate of any Business course.
- Experience with Excel and Word
