Description

As a PR Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a positive public image for our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective PR strategies, managing media relations, and crafting compelling narratives that align with our brand values and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the team in the planning, implementation and management of PR strategies and activities
  • Helps in organizing and managing various PR activities
  • Identification, coordination and negotiation with Influencers
  • Builds relationships with KOLS, Celebrities, Bloggers, and the Press
  • Leads in KOL and Partnerships coordination and negotiations
  • Develops and manages strong vendor relationships
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews
  • Research and gather opportunities for sponsorships
  • Helps in campaign set-up and monitoring
  • Setting of KPIs and measure performance of each activity or event based on KPIs
  • Determine KPIs and optimize each campaign’s reach and success
  • Close out reports
  • Collaborate with Client Service/Accounts/Creative Team during pitches and campaigns for new business prospects
  • Lead new business pitches
  • Lead exploratory meetings with clients for new requirements and projects


Account Management

  • In-charge of the day-to-day updates of project status reports and client servicing
  • CE creation and vendor management
  • Primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities for existing accounts and current PR campaigns
  • Monitoring of competitor activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals.
