Description

Develop annual and medium term strategy, plans and activities for HAPAG-ASA.
Conduct continuous advocacy to the Dioceses, social and civic organizations, non-government organizations, institutions and partners to promote the HAPAG-ASA program specifically its components i.e. Feeding and Education consisting of Values Formation, Health and Nutrition, Natural Family Planning and Livelihood, SHEG).
Formulate and carry out fund raising strategies for the HAPAG-ASA.
Convene the HAPAG-ASA Coordinators' meeting monthly and conduct consultative meetings with the dioceses and other partners on the status of the HAPAG-ASA on a quarterly basis.
Continuously develop network of potential donors, supporters and advocates for the HAPAG-ASA program.
Develop/implement monitoring and impact evaluation for the HAPAG-ASA.
Ensure an updated data bases and regular submission of reports to Pondo ng Pinoy (PnP), ADF and the management.
Participate in the monthly/quarterly meetings of ADF, PnP, Diocesan meetings, and other partners.
Evaluate/analyze the monthly reports of the implementing partners to improve strategies of the HAPAG-ASA program.
Supervise the Sr. Program Officers, Program Officer and volunteers to ensure successful program implementation.

Requirement

University degree preferably in nutrition, management, or related field;
Five years of relevant experience in project or program management, monitoring and evaluation with direct responsibility for managing both human and
financial resources.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills:
Proven ability to successfully coordinate, manage, lead, monitor and
evaluate projects, and build partnership;
Very good communication, (oral and writing) and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Strong ethics and reliability
