Brand MarketingSupervisory

Description

Brand Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the organization's goals and target audience. Identify brand positioning, differentiation, and messaging to create a compelling brand story.


Brand Identity and Guidelines:

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual and verbal brand elements. Oversee the creation of brand assets, including logos, packaging, and advertising materials, to ensure they align with the brand identity.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for brand growth. Use data and insights to inform brand strategy and decision-making.


Marketing Campaigns and Communication:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling messaging and visuals.


Product Portfolio Management:

  • Assist in the brand's product portfolio through the merchandise team, including new product launches. Ensure product offerings align with the brand's positioning and meet customer needs.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and design, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touch points. Provide brand guidance and support to internal stakeholders.


Brand Performance Measurement:

  • Monitor and analyze key brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, customer perception, and market share. Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and make recommendations for improvement.


  • May also be assigned and involved in various ad hoc activities depending on the specific needs and demands of the organization.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field is required.


  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably within the same industry or related industries. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing brand strategies that drive brand growth.


  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform brand strategies and decision-making.


  • In-depth knowledge of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior. Familiarity with brand positioning, brand equity, and brand management best practices.


  • A blend of creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to develop compelling brand stories while also analyzing data and metrics to measure brand performance and make data-driven decisions.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and stakeholders at all levels. Ability to articulate and present brand strategies and initiatives.


  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints.


  • Adaptability to changing market dynamics and evolving consumer preferences. Strong leadership skills to influence and inspire cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and drive brand initiatives.
