Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education or a related field.
Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in piano instruction and performance.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and coaching abilities; proficiency in piano performance and music theory; strong interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and motivate students.
Responsibilities and Duties: Developing personalized lesson plans, conducting individual and group lessons, preparing students for performances and exams, continuously assessing student progress.
Working Conditions: Indoor classroom environment; may require weekends and evenings for recitals and additional student support.
