Description

1. Assists the HRMD Manager in identifying the training and developmental needs of employees.

2. Implements Training and Development initiatives such as materials preparation, coordination with attendees, announcements, summarized reports, and the likes.

3. Handles registration and enrollment of employees to external training providers.

4. Prepares and monitors employees’ training bond.

5. Sources for Freelance Trainers and cost effective training providers to meet the requirements of the organization.

6. Provides support in the creation, prioritization, and review of training programs / FPD Academy projects.

7. Provides support in the areas of generation, reporting, and analysis of HR data and information.

8. Works with the Immediate Superior in developing training modules.

9. Implements and executes classroom training and webinars.

10. Conducts review of training materials converted to webinar format on a regular basis.

11. Handles the evaluation and monitoring of training feedback and effectiveness and update of employees’ training records (201 files and electronic files).

12. Keeps abreast of the latest trends and techniques in Training and Development.

13. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement

Education : College Degree Holder

Experience: At least 1 year experience in the same capacity

Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent presentation skills

Technical Skills: Training and Development Know How, Curriculum Development, Basic Org Devt Principles
