Description
- Lead energizing, fun, safe, and educational group fitness classes for Makati (Sports) Club's diverse members.
- Design personalized workout programs to help members achieve their fitness goals while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Monitor progress and adapt programs to enhance results while ensuring safety and adherence to food & beverage policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and foster a supportive community atmosphere.
- Stay informed on the latest fitness trends and nutritional advice to offer well-rounded guidance.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position, less than 1 year experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of fitness assessments, program design, exercise technique, and nutrition. CPR/AED certification.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct fitness assessments, design custom exercise programs, motivate clients, ensure safety during training, maintain records.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Ability to perform physical activities for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Energetic, motivational, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, passion for health and fitness.
