Key Responsibilities

• Handle implementation and administration of the company's Performance Management System (PMS).
• Coordinate and monitor the completion of employee performance evaluations.
• Track and monitor departmental and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and analyze performance reports, dashboards, and HR metrics.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding performance goals, appraisals, and development plans.
• Assist in developing and updating performance management tools, policies, and procedures.
• Support organizational development initiatives, employee engagement, and process improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate records of performance evaluations and employee development activities.
• Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations to improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Perform other HR and Organizational Development-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• With relevant internship experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Performance Management, or at least one (1) year of experience in a related HR role.
• Basic knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI development and monitoring, and employee performance evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work onsite.
