Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Performance Management Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance management programs that support employee development, organizational goals, and a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR manager, territory leads, and business leaders to ensure fair, consistent, and effective performance evaluation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the organization’s performance management cycle, including goal setting, 3rd month reviews, regularization review, and annual evaluations.
• Develop and maintain performance management frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment between employee performance goals and business objectives.
• Provide guidance and training to managers on performance evaluation, feedback delivery, and coaching practices.
• Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Support performance improvement plans (PIPs) and employee development initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve performance management tools and systems.
• Assist in integrating performance management with talent development, succession planning, and compensation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to performance management or talent management programs.
• Strong knowledge of performance evaluation frameworks, KPI development, and competency models.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with HRIS or performance management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
