WHAT ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR LOOK FORWARD TO DO WELL


As an Organizational Development Supervisor, focus on strategic and systematic approach aimed at improving an organization’s effectiveness, efficiency, and overall health. It involves planned interventions and initiatives that focus on the people, processes, and structure of the organization to ensure alignment with its goals, vision, and mission and also ensure the organization is equipped to meet its goals both now and in the future.


What you will do

  • Ensure consistency and fairness in applying the Performance Management System (PMS) by setting objectives, KPIs, and addressing employee strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Draft and regularly update job descriptions to reflect changes in job duties and organizational needs.
  • Conduct job evaluations to determine job levels, salary ranges, and reporting structures.
  • Perform competency assessments to identify necessary skills and behaviors, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain critical talent, and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure effective implementation.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and career planning for team members.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
  • At least three (3) years in handling organization development functions.
  • One (1) year of which should have been in a supervisory capacity
  • Organizational and conflict management skills
  • Deep Understanding of Organizational Development
