Check and inspect the accuracy of stocks delivery from forwarder.
Process product returns and product with complaints.
Perform Physical Inventory Counts and maintain count of all products.
Conducts Inventory Forecast and coordinates with San Juan Office for the Forecasted Inventory Consumption.
Manage the process of shipment from ordering to receiving of products for shipment.
Maintain inventory of all office records and sales orders and compare current inventory and evaluate all stock to ensure absence of all discrepancies.
Ensure accuracy of products being released to each sales and package sales order.
Oversee stacking of loose products and ensure that all products are completely stacked.
Receive, check and reconcile sales collections (package, direct and shipment sales).
Manage processing and submission of all collection reports (turnover report).
Review and endorse for approval of customer's request regarding payments and promos.
Assume custody and safekeeping of all undeposited sales collections.
Manage daily deposit to the bank of cash and check transactions.
Disburse of petty cash funds for expenses.
Manage processing and submission of all expenses reports.
Prepare expense report and ensure completeness of receipts and attachments.
Manage and monitors replenishment of petty cash.
Oversee all collection,disbursement andinventory reports In daily,weekly and monthly basis.
Performs audit in a regular basis
Coordinate with auditor and manage work of all collection, disbursement and Inventory
Prepares various collections, disbursement andInventory reports and submit to audit department.
Administer all accounting and inventory functions
Maintains records of data and evaluate for further improvement.
Develops accounting and inventory processes.
Supervise staffs and crew regarding job responsibilities
Follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by their Immediate Head.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration, or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
