• Plans, leads, organizes and controls the overall operations aspect of Operation Dept.,
• Effectively represents the company in handling customer complaints related to the operational processing aspect.
• Ensures the formulation, implementation and monitoring of quality system management,
• Evaluates and monitors the performance of all personnel under Operations Dept.
• Recommends salary increase and adjustments to Director in coordination to HR and Administration Head,
• Any other task related to operation or any other task that maybe assigned by the department.

Authorities of this position.

• To represent the company in all external transactions related to the operations of the company.
• Represent the company in handling customer complaints related to operation.
• Discipline removes erring personnel.
• Approves O.T personnel under operation dept.

• At least a graduate of B. S. Civil Engineering or related engineering course,
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in batching plant holding managerial or supervisory position
• Must have management skills, leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure,
• Must be a model of honesty, professional integrity, and must inspire the trust and confidence of clients, colleagues, management and staff,
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels,
• Must be able to express his ideas effectively and translate technical jargons into terms understandable to management and other non-technical people,
• Must possess a basic understanding of concrete technology,
• Must be assertive, creative, persevering, self-motivating and thorough,
• Must have sufficient working knowledge of microcomputers,
• Must have experience in budget preparation and variance reporting.
