• Must have a bachelor degree preferably in I.T./Healthcare.
• Must have at least 2-3 years experience as an Operation Manager in BPO industry.
• With good understanding of governance, analytics, workforce.
• Background in a Healthcare account is a plus but not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• With excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
• Must have specialized skills in running large-scale production operations.
• Demonstrable experience and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & autonomously.
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedule (morning, mid-shift or graveyard shift).
