Description
- Process online orders from facebook, viber and phone/email
- Perform basic customer service functions, such as responding to inquiries and after-sales.
- Manage order delivery timeliness; and process payments
- Communicate shipments, and/or return/refund
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience as an online store staff, ecommerce experience, or similar role
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Facebook/Viber
- Willing to be assigned in Quezon City – main office; or Mandaluyong branch
