Description

  • Sales administrative assistants’ type, file, handle mail, answer phones, and perform other jobs critical to office operations.
  • Process orders submitted by sales reps, check orders for accuracy, create shipping labels, send out invoices & receipts, and check credit lines.
  • Filling of documents
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Assess and assist customer needs and provide assistant and information on product features.
  • Cross sell products.
  • Answer all sales inquiries and convert it to sales.
  • Coordinate sales order to production
