• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ICT-related issues.
• Ensure all devices are checked and operating efficiently through regular maintenance.
• Manage ICT asset deployment to ensure optimal functionality across the organization.
• Support field operations and provide on-site assistance as required.
• Document and report all technical issues and resolutions for future reference.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in ICT support.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Technical Support Operations, Device Check & PMS, ICT Asset Deployment, and Field Ops & Site Support. Knowledge & experience in DHC, DNS, LAN, WiFi, VPN, switches, access points and basic network end-user infrastructure. Able to perform basic network troubleshooting using standard diagnostic tools.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Working Conditions: Willingness to travel for on-site support as needed.
