The Fleet Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations for the truck fleet, including preventive scheduling, staff supervision, repairs, inspections, and inventory control. The role manages budgets, ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and maintains complete maintenance records. The manager also analyzes equipment data to improve reliability, reduce costs, and increase fleet productivity, while ensuring secure and accurate control of spare parts through systematic inventory procedures and audits.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Associate's: Often preferred, especially in fields like business, engineering, logistics, or automotive technology.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in fleet maintenance, vehicle maintenance, or a related field is essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes, including diesel equipment, is highly valued.
