Educational Qualifications: No formal education required, but a background in early childhood education would be a plus
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience; however, a natural aptitude for childcare will be considered
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, patience, ability to engage children with creative activities, basic first aid knowledge
Responsibilities and Duties: Supervising and caring for children, preparing meals, organizing playdates, aiding with homework, maintaining cleanliness in children’s areas
Working Conditions: In-home environment with varying hours, flexibility for evenings and weekends preferred
