Description

  • Perform general maintenance tasks across properties.
  • Assist with landscaping and grounds upkeep.
  • Handle minor repairs and maintenance issues.
  • Support team in ensuring property cleanliness and safety.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirement

  • No formal degree required
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, general cleaning abilities, and customer service orientation.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, organize workspaces, and assist customers as needed.
  • May include exposure to various environments; ability to lift and carry objects.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Resides within Cavite Area ( Silang or Dasmariñas)
