Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or business.


Experience Level:

- 1-3 years of experience in medical sales or within the healthcare industry.


Skills and Competencies:

- Proficiency in product management, with a keen understanding of medical products and the ability to promote them effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, including the capacity to engage and persuade various stakeholders such as medical professionals and healthcare institutions.

- Strong customer service orientation to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.

- Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments to drive sales and achieve company goals.


Responsibilities and Duties:

- Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals and organizations.

- Achieve sales targets through effective territory management and customer engagement.

- Deliver product presentations, negotiate contracts, and maintain detailed records of sales activity.
