- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in heavy trucks and construction equipment.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, electrical systems, and chassis.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to determine the root causes of mechanical failures.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used and labor hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience Level:1-3 years of experience in heavy truck mechanics
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in electrical systems and wiring
- Skills and Competencies:Strong engine troubleshooting skills
- Skills and Competencies:Chassis repair expertise
- Qualities and Traits:Detail-oriented and meticulous in work
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient with hand and power tools
