Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Junior Mechanic to assist our mechanics with vehicle/equipment maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate is hardworking, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead mechanics with inspections, repairs, and maintenance
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Perform basic tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and part replacements
• Help lift, position, and secure machinery or vehicle components
• Organize and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge or previous shop experience a plus
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Automotive or mechanical training/certification
• Experience in automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, small engine, etc.
• Familiarity with shop equipment and diagnostic tools
