The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for leading and growing the school’s lead generation and nurturing campaigns, branding and communications strategy, and ensuring that all branding and content campaigns (both online and offline) and deliverables are successfully executed at the school level in accordance with brand guidelines and timings. Additionally, the Marketing Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting conversion efforts, working closely with the admissions team to optimize lead-to-enrollment rates.

This role will strategize and execute local marketing campaigns including, but not limited to market research, event and campaign planning (both online and offline), creation of key brand, lead generation, and nurturing strategies, TV, Radio, OOH collaterals, Press Releases, etc., while adhering to the national strategy and KPIs, as well as network and school branding. The Marketing Supervisor will actively support the team’s conversion efforts by ensuring that marketing strategies are aligned to boost student enrollment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications or any related field.
• With at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, a portfolio that showcases excellent performance, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
• Must also be able to conceptualize ideas, execute campaigns accurately and in a timely manner, and have a basic understanding of marketing, including social media and the latest internet technologies and trends.
