The Marketing Specialist contributes to building and maintaining an efficient and effective brand through digital and social media efforts. This position also contributes to the efficiency of store marketing operations efforts by assisting store operations with marketing needs and requirements.

I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

BRANDING

• Coordinates and assists in photo and video shoots.
• Coordinates and assists in marketing events.
• Assists in brand copywriting.
• Assists in market competition checking.

DIGITAL MARKETING

• Assists in creating social media contents.
• Assists in researching trends and various information related to digital branding and efforts.
• Act as back-up to the E-commerce associate during her absence.
• Handle and manage social media engagements- questions, comments, inquiries etc.
• Assists in social listening.
• Assists in KOL (key opinion leader/influencer) management.

STORE MARKETING

• Handle store requirements for promos and collaterals, mall coordination. Including preparation of reports needed.
• Assists in conceptualizing, coordinating, and preparing store marketing campaigns and promotions requirements.
• Assists in managing and monitoring budgets- LSM (local store marketing) and NSMF (national store marketing fund)

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Interest, exposure and average to above average knowledge of social media platforms
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office platforms.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Well experienced in coordinating with various departments and personnel
• Experienced in preparing regular reports.
• Basic proficiency in mathematics for budget monitoring.
• Above average writing skills/creative copywriting skills
• Knowledge and interest in basic mobile or camera photography, videography and editing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years related work experience, preferably from a retail company.
