Description
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns in line with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and curate engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing, and advertising.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce promotional materials.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs (key performance indicators).
- Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and maintain the integrity of the brand.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the brand’s voice and identity.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track marketing efforts and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance.
- Use data and analytics tools to measure ROI (return on investment) and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1- 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
