Description

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns in line with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create and curate engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce promotional materials.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs (key performance indicators).
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and maintain the integrity of the brand.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the brand’s voice and identity.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track marketing efforts and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance.
  • Use data and analytics tools to measure ROI (return on investment) and adjust strategies as needed.


Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
