Description
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility for Cosmetix Unlimited, Inc., a leader in the manufacturing & industrial supplies & services sector.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance consumer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage social media platforms, content creation, and monitor analytics to gauge campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive sales growth.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure ROI on marketing activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in sales and product launch
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in sales and marketing, business intelligence, branding, entrepreneurship, publishing, relationship building, business analysis, content operation, and media operation
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop marketing strategies, oversee product launches, manage branding initiatives, build business partnerships, conduct market analysis, and lead content and media operations
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may require occasional travel and non-standard hours
- Qualities and Traits: Creative thinker, strategic planner, excellent communicator, strong leadership abilities, and aptitude for building professional relationships
