Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth within the food and beverage sector. This role involves conducting market research, overseeing promotional campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.


  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor activities to inform strategic positioning and identify market gaps.
  • Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Set performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Promotional Campaigns
  • Oversee the creation and execution of promotional materials across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Manage product launches and coordinate participation in industry events and trade shows.
  • Brand Management
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing efforts.
  • Enhance brand awareness through strategic partnerships and public relations initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Utilize SEO and analytics tools to optimize online presence and measure campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

Requirement

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing within the food and beverage industry.
  • Skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior trends in the food and beverage sector.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to food and beverage marketing.
